How do I register and is it really FREE to register?

YES. It's completely free, quick and easy to register with PropertyRenter.ca. Simply complete the registration form, follow the instructions and you can be registered within minutes. Go to our registration tab located at the top of every page for more details.

What is the difference between landlords and members?

Landlords can post listings to PropertyRenter.ca and can also be given more advanced privileges. Members can't submit listings. Members are considered general users who visit PropertyRenter.ca, to view rental properties. They have the ability to save searches and favourite listings. They can also receive notification by email when new listings that match saved searches are added to the PropertyRenter.ca.

Why would I use PropertyRenter.ca over other websites or newspapers?

Because we offer everything in one website. Most other sites restrict landlords from advertising with them. Also local newspapers are very expensive and often landlords will find it hard to advertise every week. PropertyRenter.ca is FREE for members to view your properties for rent and we are priced lower in comparison to our competitors for advanced features.

I've forgotten my password, please help!

If you have lost/forgotten your current password, you can request the password to be sent to the email address that you used to register with PropertyRenter.ca. Go to the login page and look for the link to request your password. The password will then be sent to your registered email address.

How do I change my password/account details?

Firstly log in with the top log in tab. Then once your logged in, click on your name, which will now be displayed in the top log in tab. Then if you wish to change your password or personal details you can do so by clicking - Edit My Account.

How do I add/modify my rental property?

Firstly ensure you register with PropertyRenter.ca with a Landlord account. Then log into your account by following the above and instead of clicking on - Edit My Account, click on - Create New Listings or - Edit My Listings.
